Rationale
The existing farah 2021 citation for the SVS/AVF/AVLS guideline recommendation on endovenous ablation preference has been superseded by the 2025 revised guideline (PMID 40154779). Per the stale guideline replacement instructions, farah 2021 is replaced with SVS for this claim rather than appending both citations. The heading is updated to note the 2025 revision. All other section content, structure, and citations are preserved unchanged.
